Terms & Conditions

Bookings to be made by adults with a minimum of 18 years of age.
Any traveler below the age of 18 must submit a parental consent during booking or must be accompanied by an adult.
Groups traveling together must commit to follow the itinerary prepared by SAG travels and its partners
Upon booking for a travel destination package 50% of the overall package cost must be deposited and the remaining balance to be deposited at least 2 weeks before travel date.
Small installments deposits are allowed for long term travel planning but the whole amount should be completely deposited at least 2 weeks before travel.
Flights, Visas, and car rental payments should be paid in full upfront.
Payments are accepted in USD or equivalent TZS only.
Payments can be made through bank transfers, Mobile Money transfers and cash at the office.
Clients must confirm their travel at least 2 weeks before travel date and SAG travels will provide them with a full travel kit for them to prepare their travel.
Clients can change their travel dates to a later time than originally planned but must communicate that change to SAG Travels at least 2 weeks before the original travel dates for it to be effective. NOTE: change in travel dates might come with an increase in cost depending on the change in economy or currency inflation rate at the new time of travel.
All Packages promotional packages rates are on a sharing basis a client should expect to share a room with another client. For solo travelers the rates are slightly different the client should inquire the rates from SAG travels team via phone call, whatsapp, instagram page or website.

Cancellation and refund policy

Except for Air Ticketing and Visas services any cancellation made 60 days before travel a full refund minus service fee is offered to the client.
Except for Air Ticketing and Visas services any cancellation made 30 days before travel a 50% refund is offered to the client.
Except for Air Ticketing and Visas services any cancellation made 14 days before travel a 25% refund is offered to the client.
Except for Air Ticketing and Visas services any cancellation made in less than 13 days is non refundable to the client.
For Air ticketing services and visas cancellation and refunds is subject to the airline policies and consular services respectively.
