- What payment channels do you accept?
- Ans: We value our clients money safety therefore we accept bank deposits, transfers, cards, mobile money and cash payments at the office.
- Is it possible to change my travel dates?
- Ans: Yes it is possible, we advise instead of canceling your trip which may cost you to change your travel dates with the same cost or a slight additional cost.
- I want to go on a holiday but I am not sure which destination will be best for my budget.
- Ans: Contact us and we will provide consultation for you to make a good decision and help you plan for your holiday with us.
- I want to travel but I want to be able to pay in installments. Is it possible?
- Ans: Yes it is possible, we accept payments in installment, contact us through our sales team and we will advise you on how to do that.

- Ans: We have presence in East Africa, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Asia, Europe, North America and Carebeans only for now.
